Admissions - Welcome Message

Hello, and welcome! We look forward to meeting you at Concordia's Theatre Department auditions and/or interviews for admission for the Fall semester, 2010. All of our auditions and interviews [and callbacks] will be held on the weekend of April 16, 17 and 18, 2010, here in downtown Montreal (SGW campus). As you read through the following four sections, you will receive all the information you need about how to apply to one of our five programs in Theatre [or the Minor].
Here is a list of our programs:
- Major in Theatre
- Theatre and Development
- Theatre Performance
- Design for the Theatre
- Playwriting
- Minor in Theatre [done in conjunction with a Major in something else]
You must apply to Concordia University through the web site [www.concordia.ca], and get an audition appointment through this web site [theatre.concordia.ca]. The appointment registration is in Step 4.

Admissions - Step One

Apply To Concordia University by March 1st, 2010:
New Students:
- Apply on-line at https://welcome.concordia.ca/concordia/
- or, pick up an application form at the Birks Student Service Centre,
1400 de Maisonneuve W., Montreal
- or, call the Admissions Office at (514) 848-2668 to order a form.
Indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices on your application (all of them may be in Theatre)
Transfer Students:
- If you are already a student in Fine Arts, or to add a Minor in Theatre, complete a Transfer of Program. Click here to download: http://fofa.concordia.ca/
- Students in other Faculties must apply at the Birks Student Service Centre
